RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping:

 

Free Shipping with purchase of 10 books or more!

(NZ and AUS only)


Flat rate shipping within New Zealand is Via NZ Post of $8.50 to non-rural addresses and a flat rate of $12.50 to rural addresses.

We aim to send your order the day we receive payment, by NZ Post and you can expect to receive your order within 1-4 working days. Orders to rural addresses may take up to 8 working days.

 AUSTRALIA:  

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $20NZD for 3 – 10 days, for urgent shipping please contact us directly to quote the best option charge. 

Other countries:

Please contact us to arrange shipping and payment for countries other than New Zealand or Australia. 


If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will endeavor to order the product and get it to you ASAP. If there is going to be a delay in you receiving your items you will be contacted.

Returns:

 

We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new, unopened) for an exchange, credit or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Sale items or discounted orders can be returned for a credit or exchange only.

Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, a credit may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.

We recommend you begin the return process within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns need to be made within 14 days from the date of your parcel’s delivery and costs are at the expense of the customer. You will simply need your email address and order number. For all exchanges, we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost once we have received your returned item.

Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once approved, you will either receive your exchange or refund on the cost of the item (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) directly to the credit card or account used to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality.

Each product is made with care, but If you receive a faulty item or a fault develops in an item you have purchased, please contact us. We will repair or give you a replacement or refund upon return of the original product.
Postage costs to return the item will also be refunded once the cause of the fault has been established.
